How do you know if you have insulin resistance?
When cells are resistant to the effects of insulin, circulating blood glucose is not effectively transported into the cells. The cells are then starved of one of their major sources of fuel for energy production. Without energy, fatigue occurs rapidly. How do you know if you may have insulin resistance?
