a little “About Me”

The technical: Tracey brings a rich history of experience and qualifications to the table when working with clients. She has a degree in health science and a background in commerce. She is a company director and business mentor, recipe book author and director of a team of health coaches.

The personal: Tracey has walked a path, like everyone else, through love and loss, success and struggle, learning and growing. She is a mother, friend and counsellor; organic gardener, cook and lover of food for health, and plant medicine for healing. She deeply commits to her patients, and brings empathy and compassion in equal measure to her sessions.
